  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in date and time. For cancellations received within less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

  • How do I guarantee my booking?

    Credit card details are required to secure room booking.

  • How do I pay for my booking?

    Please be aware that scam messages pretending to be from accommodation providers are going around. Acacia Motor Lodge never sends payment links and never asks for card details or bank transfers by WhatsApp, text or email. Payments are made at our reception, or over the phone only when we call you from our registered number, 0422 559986. If you get a suspicious message or call about your booking, don't reply, click any links or give card details. Hang up and call us on 0422 559986 to check.
